Misled by sky adviser
Has anyone else been misled by a sky advisor regarding new contract bills. My contract ended in Dec 24 paying £110 a month. Contacted sky to discuss account as January bill £150 was told with discounts for being a valued customer of nearly 17 years would be £125 a month. So then I have paid £125 Feb , £135 March and £143 April and been told this is my new amount. New customers are being offered better deals

Re: Misled by sky adviser
The April 2025 price increase will account for some of that increase.
New customers will get a cheaper deal. If you move to another provider you'll get their new customer deals and in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position again. Then you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from new customer deals.

I suspect all of it actually. (Pro-rata for March)
If @Kelly-hsrper is been with Sky 17 years then they'll know the price increases every April?

In what way misled? If a new price was agreed in January then it was always going to increase in April?
