I want to discuss my SKY account

I am worried that my SKY account is getting too expensive for me. Is there any way that I can reduce it?

If you're no longer in a minimum term discounted deal call Sky to negotiate a new one which will involve agreeing to a 24 month deal.

When you do call Sky if they do offer you a discount then you will have to make your mind up at the time if you would to accept the offer or not as the same offer will not be available should you call back on a different day.

Ring and ask to speak  to the retention team,  i did and now have the same tv and broadband  package  as if i was a new  customer, i have been with  sky  for  17 years, i have the top line tv package and gigafast  broadband with sky glass tv
