Mid sold tv upgrade and contract

Phoned sky on 20/9/25 to cancel ultra HD Agent said as I was a valuable long term customer would I like sky cinema for an extra £2.00 per month but I would have to upgrade my contract. When I received e. Mail confirmation it stated it was £10.00 per month with extra charges on all of my other products because I updated the contract which wasn't said at the time. I kept saying to the agent this means my bill will only be going up from £121.50 per month  to £123.50 per month and she said yes. Tried to cancel new contract and upgrade with sky and they are giving me a complete run around. Have phoned 4 times 2nd time they said they would alter my package so I would only pay £123.50 giving me a breakdown of the new charges on my package which hasn't been processed. I just want to go back to my original contract that I took out in July
