Message in my tv

I have a message in my tv saying "to continue viewing please call sky on [removed]" i have rung this number & your automated system sends me a text. My bill was paid on 27/11 please help.

What did the text message say ?

 

Did you make a manual payment against this bill because if you did what might have happened is all you have done if to put a credit on your account and not actually paid this bill so is this what has happened ?
