Merging sky accounts

I signed up for Sky essentials two months ago. Sky created new account despite already having a separate broadband account which is still the case.

i was advised that after 30 days the accounts would merge and TV and Broadband billing etc  would be in one account. That didn't happen! Both TV and. Broadband are still sitting in separate accounts. To make matters worse I can only access account with TV, as this was last to be set up and seemingly blocked access to Broadband billing etc..

Have made no progress with Sky who claim problem may be that both accounts have same email address. Not convinced. If change email it will still only allow access to one account. Anyone logging into MySkyApp will verify it only allows restricted access

You might have been wrongly advised as accounts do not usually automatically merge so have you tried linking them as per this:
