I kept receiving refunds from Sky UK

I haven't used Now TV for a while, so I have no active subscriptions and I don't use any other Sky services, but I keep getting semi-regular refunds into the PayPal I used to use for NowTV, so for £4.99 and some for £2.02, but I have no idea why. I haven't received any emails or calls from Sky/NowTV to give me any context for these refunds. Can anyone help?

Did you have any credit left on your NowTV account perhaps otbisvthisvthat is being refunded to you due to your not using their services for a while ?
