My sky is still being restricted when i

paid the bill yesterday. It says theirs a problem on my app and when I got into the screen on my tv it says I still need to pay between £0-10.

It may take a couple of days for the payment to clear.  How late was the payment as you may need to pay next month's in advance too.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
