Maximum devices

How long does it take a mobile device to come off my account so I can get some buds

Only devices returned to Sky are removed and it can take a good few months for this to happen so if you have returned something then call Sky on 150 for help in getting the buds ordered.

I've had four mobiles from Sky. The two I swapped came off my account as soon as I returned them and received the swap. The two I paid off and initially kept are still on there with apparently, and ludicrously, no mechanism to remove them.
