Hi @Blue_Eagle The best deals are always by changing provider. It beats the loyalty tax.

Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. You probably benefited from one back in the day.
If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position and be able to return to Sky as a new customer.

Note that if Openreach doesn't have infrastructure in your area that Sky can use to deliver higher speeds, by definition it won't be available for any other Openreach ISP either.
