Massive price hike

Hi,I believe I'm already paying too much for my sky services.Sky want to put the price up considerably when they are renewed.

So if you think you aren't getting value for money then cancel.

 

Retention deals aren't that great anymore. The industry is switching to more of a new customer model only as clearly not enough people leave at the end of their minimum terms so it's a profitable model.

Hi, i pay around £86.00 for tv and broadband. (Even though this is supposed to be £76.00)The tv package is due for renewal at the end of August & the Internett a slightly later date. Sky want to increase the price for both packages up to £102.00 per month

If your discounts are ending you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will require another 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
