Old Sky Q bill

Can anyone advise please?

I have signed up with Sky stream this last month (happy with it). However when I signed up I was unable to change what I currently  had with Sky q, i.e., whole house, second mini, and as far as I know UHD.  

So I have cinema, sports, second unwanted puck, ad skipping, but no UHD, so before I got entangled with customer services, I thought I'd check my old bill, but there's nothing there.  
I've obviously double paid for a while for stream and Q so I would have expected to see my last bill.  Is there an archive where your bills are stored does anyone know?

@Jillyb15  When you signed up to stream this woukld have cancelled your Sky Q subscription as you could not have both at the same time, are you being charged for both?  Or does your Q account just show a credit?

 

Do you also have Sky broadband? if so then you would continue to be charged for that on your under your old Sky Q account number as both awuld have been linked.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

When you signed up with Sky Stream were you given a new account number ?

GD1 - yes my old bill was under the broadband folder - although I had cancelled my broadband some time back.

So I'll contact Sky about my uhd element being missing.
