Making me pay two bills

Iv paid my bill and still cut me off and saying I still owe the payment and I don't

It sounds like you've made an unnecessary manual payment, then Sky have failed when trying to take the payment through the usual method. Your manual payment will have gone towards your December bill. Is this the case?

@Bevy 

Is your bill usually paid by a direct debit because Sky would only suspend your services if both attempts at taking the money has failed and they will try again 10 days after the first attempt failed so is this what has happened ?
