Vip access

I had sky for almost 15yrs, then canceled it. After a couple of weeks I decided to get it back, but since then I've been unable to access ViP. Its been a few months now but still nothing.

Hi @Kissofdeath   Any break in service results in setting the clock back to zero.

You should still be a Sky VIP customer (as nearly all customers are) but you'll have lost whatever level you'd attained before cancelling.
