I made a manual payment by card. But my regular/standing order payment we t through too. So effectively I've paid twice.
How can I get a refund?
I've started a recall via my bank.

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. The credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

Thank you. It's not a direct but it is a regular card payment.
My mistake. Hopefully it'll be resolved.
