'MY SKY' app not seeing hard wired CCTV recorder for port forwarding but admin login can see mac address?
This is driving me nuts swapping from BT where you could change all settings on web browser login.

@THeMiB  I also find that the My Sky app controls for the wifi max hub can miss devices. I have found that powering down or disconnecting the device then reconnecting can make it appear so its worth trying that.

i have rechecked wiring and reset both router and recorder.

can see the recorder mac address and shown in web browser sky admin but not MYSKY app.
