MULTI SERVICE DEAL

Hi,

Have got Sky Glass and experienced the awful issues we all have, however, now it seems to have been resolved am looking at replacing existing products with those of SKY.

I am obviously trying to get a deal for Broadband, Doorbell and phone for the wife and possibly myself.

The call centres are great but limited in what they can do and seem to go round in circles trying to explain I want a 'deal' for taking all these services.

Anyone have experience or ideas on who or how to contact ?

@Prestbury

There are only two ways to sign up, either by calling as you did or via the Sky website, as all three are different services it is unlikely Sky will give you one price for them all as I suspect is what you are trying to do.

Presumably because it's not something which is actually available...

Sky regularly co-sells broadband and subscription television but these remain individual products with their own contracts, while both Mobile and Smart Home are each entirely separate (and cellular service in particular has a whole heap of additional regulatory requirements)

Realistically call centre staff can only sell what their computer screens permit, and that's decided way above their pay grade.

@Prestbury

Broadband, Doorbell and phone isn't going to give you access to Sky Sports.
