Loyalty gets you nothing

How come loyalty gets you nothing...looks like i will be cancelling after over 23 years...new customers get better deals than loyal customers...shocking..

That's standard practice now I'm afraid. You would have benefited from a similar deal 23 years ago. Comcast seem to want to attract new customers whilst sometimes losing current ones. If you're moving elsewhere, when that discounted deal ends you'll probably find yourself in the same boat and after 18 months Sky will class you as a new customer if you want to return and the cycle will continue.

INFORMATION FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box fails you can’t replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content
