Loyalty Not Rewarded

I am a platinum sky Q customer seeing amazing Black Friday deals that I want to take advantage of but cannot using my online account.

i am not under contract either I have stayed by choice.

How do I get my sky Q subscription moved to the:

Sky Stream, Sky Sports, Sky TV & Netflix
was: £46 
now: £39
/month
24 month contract

Give Sky a call.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

The terms of those deals are likely to be for new customers only..
