Losing the will to live - how do I get to speak to a humam

I cancelled sky and returned the boxes etc

they have started sending bills and adding £10 a month , we have tried everything to get in touch but can only get online chat that are as good as useless ... anyone got an idea of what we can do

Hi @Raydo123   How did you cancel, and have you got the confirmation email as proof? It sounds like you cancelled your payment method. Also how long since your service stopped?

@Raydo123  How did you cancel?   Did you receive confirmation of the cancellation?   Did you cancel you payment method before your final bill was sent?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
