@Justfizzy

To speak to someone you will need to call.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Is your query something we can help with?

Otherwise, from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free).

Alternatively use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Re: Looking for a Human

It's very hard and difficult with sky to talk to a person, there is no much help only help in the app and chat is what or the way sky wants to do, not the way customers wants , you mentioned big companies I never had this much trouble contacting other companies but with sky very hard

very .

Re: Looking for a Human

No I don't want to share my problems or issues with whole world coz world doesn't pay my bill so I pay my bill and I expect my things are confidential not published.

That's fine. I was trying to see if we could save you a call. You'll have to persevere on the phone. My son rang Sky on Sunday and got through to an agent in a couple of minutes.

It's worth adding that if your services happen to be restricted due to a missed payment then Sky won't speak to you until you've paid what is owed and set up a new payment method.

@Harpreet4

You are only talking to other customers on here.

This might help to explain it:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged

It sounds like the minimum term on your package has come to and end so the discount you had has now finished. When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 24 months if you agree to a new contract.

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

https://www.sky.com/help
