Help hacked sky broadband and talk added which I hadint done

I am late paying bill as being hacked,but bank is hoping sort by Tuesday then bring it up to date.but iv been ask to query why mine went up from 20 to 48 in looking I'm being charged fir broad band and talk and Netflix twice.

i will pay what I owe on Tuesday can you look into this please as wanted to add extra for xmas but can't till know what I'm paying fo.

I have sight problems and I find it very hard to find things on the  sky screen.im loosing my sight 

gradually too.thank you Susan vest

How late will you be in paying this bill, if you have a direct debit setip and this fails Sky will try again 10 days later so you do not need to pay it, this only applies uf your bill is usually paid by the direct debit.

Are you sure the charges for Netflix and Broadband cover the same dates ?

I didn't set up for broadband and talk I went on to pay it before hacked said  nothing owing then get text saying it couldint be taken this is when I realised I had been hacked.and bank said to check as saw big rise in payment iv e mailed sky with no responce saying by Tuesday should be sorted and asked them,to look into the broadband which I don't have with them I don't use land line now'.

Sky don't generally use email as a means of contact, which may explain the lack of a response. You might wish to consider one of the Accessibility contacts, after registering with them.

They asked phone or e mail as with sight it's hard on the phone plus I have to wait till sorting hacking
