I was charged duplicated

I was charged in 27 November 2024. But I can't find the bill for this charge. And my billing date should be 7th of every month.

Are you new to Sky? Depending on the servics you've signed up for, your first bill is usually due two weeks after your Sky service is activated, followed by your second bill two weeks after that.
