Linking mobile phone account

I've recently upgraded to sky glass via a face to face sky rep. Had a lot of problems with getting into my account. Had to change passwords to get it to work. I have now lost my mobile account and old sky info. I have followed all the steps to link but not working. Thanks for reading.

It sounds as like you are logging into

the app with a different login so is it this you have tried to link your TV account to your main ID that your mobile account should also be linked to:

The Sky rep I saw face to face tried linking it all but it didn't work. She was going to get back to me after she had spoken to sky direct but never did.  I've tried to have a go myself but still no joy. Thank you for replying
