Auto-Renewing of Sky contract without my agreement

Our Sky contract is becoming vastly expensive and we need to change our options to suit our means. However, there does not seem to be a way in which we can talk to a Sky representative to resolve this issue. Our contract is about to auto-renew against our wishes.

You just need to call them and say nothing when asked any questions by the bot. Anything they offer you does have to be taken at the time as the same offer will probably not be available should you call back on a different date.

Just an FYI the contract doesn't auto-renew as it doesn't expire. What expires if the minimum term of your contract ( and any discount you were given) so what happens when you reach the end of the minimum term is that you move onto a monthly rolling contract usually at a much higher price than you were paying.

Once your minimum term has expired then the contract becomes a 'rolling contract' where you can give 31 days notice to cancel.  It doesn't 'auto-renew'.
