Linking Separate Accounts

I have ended up with two separate sky accounts.

 

1 - my oringial TV & Broadband account.

2 - a second broadband account I had to open to ensure I had a copper service at my new propety whilst I awaited the fibre to be installed from account 1, following a house move.

 

There have been many issues with the fibre install that I can post a seperate discussion on, but in short the fibre broadband on account 1 has been cancelled by openreach and the copper broadband on acount 2 is now being ugraded to fibre (pending multiple issues again)

Both accounts are at the same address and both with the same email account - meaning I cant access them both online i.e. the app shows me as having no broadband.

Is there any way to link these accounts together so that i can access all the info, the call centre said i could cancel account 1 and setup new TV servies in account 2 - but this will mean putting things back into contarct and losing my VIP gold status - somehting i dont wish to do.

@msayers1985  You can't link them afaik the only way would be to create a new sky id for the second account but that would require a a different email address and then login to the two accounts separately and independent of each other

You would need to contact Sky and speak to their ID team about this to see what they say but from the outset they might say it isn't possible to link them but it is worth seeing what they will say.
