Lied to by Sky

I was offered a deal after cancelling my account, I accpeted it.

When my bill came through, it was more than I had been quoted.

When I rang the discount hasnt been applied so my account is as overly priced as it always was, except now I am stuck for two years.

Anyone else found that they have been lied to in this way?
