Unresolved pay dispute

I have had an ongoing pay dispute with yourselves which i was told was now resolved but i am now still getting debt collecting company contact me.  Please could someone call me in person to resolve this issue as it is making me very stressed.  Thankyou

@Jack410  No one can or indeed will call you on the back of a community post from an unlinked account.

This is a customer helps customer community, no one at Sky will know who you are from your community login

Usually if a debt has been passed to a debt recovery company you have to solely deal with them but you could try calling Sky to see if they'll answer your call. As stated above no one will call you.
