Letter advising price increases

The email advising price increases next year makes no sense as there seem to be duplicated lines.

I am not going to pay an extra £20 per month if you add up all the lines!

Please explain what is going on and how I can complain!

No one here can explain as this is a forum populated by members of the public who use or have  used Sky services. 

You will need to contact Sky customer service for an explanation of your bill.
