Hi, I'm having problems clicking the link but once redirected to choose dates it says No packages found!! Help please

So frustrating - tried to book in September - dates in calendar say tickets still available - select the number of people and type in the code and you get a random message saying "no tickets available"!  Why show tickets available in the calendar when there arent any?
