Left sky - account in credit

I've recently left sky and my account is in credit - says it will be taken off future bills - but there won't be any!

how do I get a refund - this seems very complicated!!!

@Emma435  When did you leave Sky and did you leave your direct debit in place?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
