Ghost account, can't use the app etc.
I know there has been an issue with Sky for years where some people have a 'ghost' account in their profile. You log in with one e-mail address but you have 2 accounts, one that generates a zero pounds bill every month.
This has royally screwed up accessing the app, accessing VIP etc.
I did hear that "Sky are working on it" but this has been an issue for me for about 10 years.
Does anyone know if there's a fix yet? I'm wasting my time speaking with a call centre about it.

So far as I know Sky are still working on it We still see the odd report of ghost accounts on the forum.

This is exactly the same as me. When I moved house in 2017 a Sky employee messed up the move and it's been a nightmare ever since.

Did you get any joy? I've just gone in to get my 'free' Paramount 1 year offer as a diamond member...but of course it doesn't work! I still can't use the app either.
