Hi,
I left my sky contract within the first 30 days of the contract beginning as a new customer.
I'm fairly certain that I'm due a refund for my payment and first month. but I've not received any communication on this since leaving for another internet provider.
Could someone help with this?

You would ned to pay for the 1st month even if you only had it for 1 month and cancelled.

Thanks for the reply!
So if I cancelled within my cooling off period, I don't get refunded for the first month I paid at all?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust checked the contract - it does say you pay the amount that is proportionate to what was provided up to the point of cancellation.
You may still be due a credit though if you've paid more than used. The next bill would normally calculate this. Once a credit appears you can request a refund.
