Left Sky help

We left sky 26th July returning the equipment as soon as the packaging arrived, the equipment was accepted by sky, we have since found that we have not been disconnected and are still being billed, we have spoken to numerous agents even head office and now are blocked from contacting anyone until we pay a bill that we dont have equiment for which has just doubled. All i need is a final bill which will then be paid but when you cant speak to anyone this isnt possible???

If the cancellation didn't go through them I'm afraid billing will likely continue until you reinstate a payment method and pay what is owed. Then you should be able to speak to Skyband cancel correctly.

 

Of course any overpayment made should be reimbursed but could take up to 6 weeks if your payment method remains open.

Sky won't speak with you if you're in arrears. That applies to all customers I'm afraid.,
