I have left sky more than a month ago at the end of my contract. Changed router and landline but I can still see future bills. I have already been charged for the last month with Sky. Why is that?

I actually didn't do anything with Sky as the customer service of my new provider said that was everything done automatically and I didn't have to do anything else

That is what should happen if moving to another company that uses the Openreach network so now that you have moved it is worth checking with Sky if this has happened and if it hasn't then give them the date you changed over.

So what should I do? Call sky customer service? Or there is any other way?

Your new provider may not have (or couldn't) correctly taken over the Sky line.
if not, it's not Sky's fault and you still have a contract with them. I would call Sky first as you have to at least give notice for the service you are no longer using. You the need to find out whether your new provider has done what they said as your complaint may be with them...
