Hi, I have stopped Sky, sent back your items now wish to pay final payment.

 

Can you let me know how, as standing order has stopped.

Sky don't accept Standing Order as a payment method so I think you mean Direct Debit. 

You've probably cancelled it too soon as billing continues throughout a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite normal that another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you. You need to reinstate your payment method otherwise there could be problems with your cancellation.

Sending back equipment doesn't cancel your account so have you given the required notice to do this because if you have billing should continue as usual during this period.
