Overcharged on broadband

Hello, 

When I moved into my new place with my new broadband package with sky, my router never arrived as it got lost by Royal Mail. The router was 2 weeks late, but I have been charged those 2 weeks that I didn't have the box. It was agreed that I wasn't going to be charged for the time I didn't have the router, I have tried to access the agent portal but was sent here instead.

Have you checked future bills to see if that period has been credited back?
