Leaving streaming service
Can I switch from streaming to a dish service as I have signed up for a year's subscription

Yes, without giving a reason in the first thirty days. After that you'll need to argue that Stream isn't functioning as you expected.

As you mentioned a years subscription, I'd note that consumer law may be different in RoI.
