Help updating household email which is being closed

Hi, I hope someone can help me. My email account is being closed in 14 days and I can't change my household email on the app. Can anyone advise me please?

I also need to amend my home address and am unable to do this also.

It says the email I want to change it to is linked to a different account but I'm sure it isn't.

and it says I have to ring to update the address and that I can't do it online.

Do you have another email address that you can use as a stop gap measure if you can't add the one you want ?

Thanks I managed to resolve the email issue but it still won't let me change my address online and says I have to ring.

You might have to do that or perhaps if you can try social media as there are links to Sky's sites at the bottom of this page.
