Leaving home
Me and my partner has split up. I no longer live at the address but the sky is still in my name I don't want to cancel it due to my kids being there is there away to transfer everything over to her.

@Wayne94 Sky do not allow transfer of ownership of accounts.
You would need to cancel any services in your name and they woukld need to sign up under their name, if you have broadband also that would mean a downtime of at least 10 working days.

And by cancelling so that your ex can take their own subscription out will mean you are responsible for the return of any loaned equipment Sky expect back and packaging will be send out to the account address near the end of any notice period. If you are still in a discounted period Sky can refuse to allow you to cancel or impose early termination charges.
