Leaving fees

Ive recently left sky broadband but have fees for early termination

my new provider wants a detailed bill to dhow charges but i only get bill in sky app on phone which is not acceptable how can i get round this ?

If your new provider is anything like Sky they might also need a copy of a statement showing that you have paid the bill.

Are you saying the early termination fees have yet to be added to your bill then if so you will not be able to provide this to your new supplier until it has so have you checked what will have been next months bill ?
