My mobile bill got sent to debt collectors I still have my other products I agreed to a payment plan with bpo but still outstanding on my account

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ballerina69 It will probably still show as outstanding on your Sky account until BPO inform Sky the debt has been paid off in full.
