Lasting Power of Attorney

My wife is Sky account holder but now has Alzheimer's and I have an LPA on her behalf. I want to change the account to my name but seems impossible.

 

I tried a while ago by contacting Sky and I gave them an access code so they could go to Public Guardian website an examine the LPA.

 

According to the Public Guardian website, Sky have indeed looked at the LPA but have done nothing further.

 

The AI help gave up on me (annoying grunt by the way) so can anybody help? Thank you.

That may be the case and is unnecessary.  The LPA gives you the powers you need to administer the account.

Sky don't generally allow account name changes, only in certain cases.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
