I have boon looking through my account and can not find where to get a copy of my last bill so I can pay it my new supplier requires a copy so they can then refund me

@Melissa951081 Have all sky services now terminated and have you paid your final sky bill? If you have there is a pdf option on the link below

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill

final billing cannot be produced until your termination date for all services has passed

I have been on my bills and it says 18th Jan bill date but no pdf to view the bill or any where to pay the bill
