Hi,
My dad has moved out of his old house where he has had sky for years, but his new house won't be ready until March. He's currently living with me and I already have sky. He spoke to sky and they advised him he was still in contract and he's decided to keep his contract going. He can't change his address to mine however because you can't have two sky accounts at the same address. This is causing him issues with sky wanting the equipment back and now he's having issues with sky go (he pays for sky sports which I don't have and he wants to watch it on his laptop). Has anyone been in a similar situation and has any advice?
Thanks

Well exactly. They seem to be struggling to identify his account now because it's no longer registered to his old address but also can't be registered to my address because I already have sky. And also can't be registered to where he's moving because he doesn't own it yet! So I think this is why.

I'm not sure the forum escalation team can assist. (But he may need an account here to escalate)

do either of these yet apply ?
