You can print a pdf copy via the Bills section of your online account.

@Frank+Baildon You can print a pdf version of your bill off by logging into your account via the website and going to the billing section, this will have your name on it

This is the link you need as the download option is at the bottom:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

The file will be saved as a pdf file so you can then send it to BT.
