Been a Sky customers for 12 years, just renewed my tv and broadband again but have had nothing but issues since.
firstly I new there was a ptice increase fine, but then customer service rep tried to sell my Sky glass, sky movies, upgrade this upgrade that, I told her no, many many times, only to find later that day I had sky movies and were being charged for this. I just wanted to renew what it had..that simple. I then phoned to get the movies removed and spoke to another member of staff, when I explained my issue I was told " I will check and get you the best deal" an absolute total failure to understand what I was asking for .. again after repeating my request I was told that the movies would be removed in 24 hours.. no they weren't and the saga continues.I made a complaint about all the issues I was experiencing, this was sorted out with movies now been removed, however I have now found out that my Sky HD had been removed, I have had it for 12 years so again now got to sort this out, probably done deliberately to sabotage my account due to my complaint. Getting fed up Sky now !!
