It’s not allowing me to set up my account

Do I have to wait until I get my phone delivered or is it just messing up as it's making me anxious as I don't want to mess anything up can someone please help

You might be able to set it up now using the account number you should have been given as it should be on any email or letter you might have been sent about your order.
