Issues with sky account

I have an ongoing issue with my sky account and I don't seem to be finding anyway of getting it resolved even though I have spoken with Sky multiple times about 

 

Unable to make changes to tv packages

unable to upgrade my mobile

unable to access sky vip or see my tenure

unable to check my tv services

 


The only thing I can do is see my bills ok. Has anyone else had these issues? I am getting fed up contacting Sky multiple times to be told it should be resolved within 72 hours and it isn't.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
