Issues setting up new account
I keep trying to set up a new account for broadband + TV, get right through to last page and get a blank screen, tab title changes to 'We're sorry' and the url changes to https://www.sky.com/checkout/error?=stream&code=create.order.failure
I've tried with chat multiple times but it's pretty useless and isn't recognising what the error is.
I realised in one of the attempts I'd created an account so I changed that to a different email address, signed out, and tried again as a new customer after seeing other community posts and still have had no luck.

As we can't escalate your posts at present you are going to have to call Sky about this and perhaps talk to their ID team to get some help n getting this sorted. An alternative option is to use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get some help.

I can't even seem to find a contact number anywhere on their site, everything just takes me to the chat assistant or directs here? It's putting me off joining at this point!

Unbelivable that I'm also having the same issue almost 3 months later. Have tried different browsers and o the phone app. The app stays on a blank page and browser goes to https://www.sky.com/checkout/error?c=stream&code=create.order.failure.
Someone needs to look into this.

Are you trying to sign up to Sky when this is happening ?

Are you signed in with your main Sky ID when trying to do this ?
If you are then calling will be your only option.
