Account postcode error

I'm trying to set up my new sky account and ID for my new home which I am moving to in a couple of days.

 

Ive purchased a new contract with sky just this morning to start on the 11th March; however I was told I'll be able to login to the app to track delivery straight away.

 

when I go to login it doesn't recognise either the postcode of my current and new address, I'm not sure which one I should be using.

 

i did have an old account which I made under the same email address, I'm wondering if this is causing issues?

It might be causing issues so have you tried logging into the old account and removing the email address from it ?
